Add another training week along with workshops to help employees that feel like they're not catching up quickly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch, LLC has treated me so well. They are very warm and helpful and worked with my hectic schedule. I am so thankful for my time there!

What did you not like about this institution?
I would say that it's a bit difficult to get started. I think another week of training would have prepared me better.
