What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer more raises to their employees. If their employees are feeling underpaid and underappreciated they will find work elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a really great experience working for this firm. The hours were perfect and I felt I had a good balance between work and home. I never felt overworked and management was always there to listen to any concerns I had. The firm was very open-minded.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue with this firm is the salary. When you start it isn't too bad, but raises and upper positions are few and far between and I felt like after a certain point I deserved a raise. I never get one and rarely anyone did.
