Be clearer with the amount of work that is required for new hires so they can adjust more easily.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been with Horvits & Levy LLP for 5 years and I can confidently say this is the best law firm I've ever worked for.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only real complaint I have is that the workload could be overwhelming for some folks, but not for me.
