Some more options for paid time off might help with worker fatigue and provide better results for everyone.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been here for 3 years now and I can say that this is without a doubt the nicest group of people I've ever worked with. The staff is very helpful and caring.

What did you not like about this institution?
The long hours are sometimes exhausting. I could use some more downtime during the week, but the pay is great.
