What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Providing new attorneys with a mentor at the beginning would be a great asset. I look forward to really learning the firm and my position as time goes on and a mentor could help get to the point quicker.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Although I am pretty new to the firm, I have enjoyed my time as an attorney here. I can see myself excelling at this practice once I really feel settled in.

What did you not like about this institution?
On the other side of being new, I have felt like I have been thrown into the deep end at times. I could have liked a little more guidance regarding protocols.
