What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to focus on increasing the pay for the employees. The events which recognize hard working individuals should continue to be had. Feedback from employees should be regarded.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment which exists at the firm is composed of marvelous people, which made for a memorable experience. The firm does a great job of recognizing hard working employees through events.

What did you not like about this institution?
The one thing the firm lacks is a higher salary. The hard work which employees perform is not on par with adequate pay. There is a poor job of the way the firm runs pay.
