What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to be better prepared to adapt to the needs of the employees. They should perhaps look to expand to offer more room for advancement.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The offices here are somewhat luxurious. Everything is polished and sparkling. The majority of the employees are friendly and cooperative.
What did you not like about this institution?
I reluctantly left the firm to seek advancement opportunities elsewhere. They are few and far between at this firm. Management is often unresponsive to complaints.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
4.Former Employee, more than 8 yearsNice for a law firmAnonymous Employee in Charleston, WVRecommendProsWonderful and friendly co-workers. The firm seemed to truly appreciate those who worked hard. Beautiful facilities--nice building! Many of the lawyers truly cared about the staff.ConsUnfortunately, there was not too much room for career advancement. There were some management problems (in my opinion) when I was there, but those may have worked themselves out by now.
