There were some management problems (in my opinion) when I was there, but those may have worked themselves out by now.
The firm needs to be better prepared to adapt to the needs of the employees. They should perhaps look to expand to offer more room for advancement.
The offices here are somewhat luxurious. Everything is polished and sparkling. The majority of the employees are friendly and cooperative.
I reluctantly left the firm to seek advancement opportunities elsewhere. They are few and far between at this firm. Management is often unresponsive to complaints.
