What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice is to create incentives for people to want to work harder and get a reward for doing so. In short, create a carrot for people to chase yearly, this will increase productivity for you and the workers get the benefit of that incentive.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is great mostly because of the people that work for it. They're friendly and helpful and I've learned so much from them as someone with not a lot of job experience yet. They're driven to improve always and push everyone to do the same. The work environment is great.

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay is a little low and benefits are a little low as well. I don't think there are any bonuses or incentives for doing well. There is not much room to climb the latter.
