What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to lighten up the work load for employees. If they are feeling burnt out then they will eventually leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been here for about a month now and I've enjoyed my time here. The staff is really friendly and the location is perfect. Driving to work only takes me 20 minutes and they are out of the city so parking is super easy.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours can be tough at times. Some days we work long hours and I feel like I don't get to see my family much. Work has consumed my life and while I do enjoy the extra money, it does make it difficult some days.
