This firm needs to consider creating more opportunities for advancement. Otherwise employees will look for better paying positions elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm is a fun and upbeat place to work. Management is very friendly and staff is very approachable and willing to help if you have any questions. They also have casual Fridays which I love and weekly staff meetings to discuss what went well and what didn't.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be better. It isn't horrible but it isn't great compared to other firms in the area. I wish they would offer us more raises from time to time.
