Have more confidence in the employees you've trained and developed. They will rise to the occasion if given a chance. You don't always have to look for outside help to fill positions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is competitive and the benefits are outstanding. Every department of the firm is well-staffed with qualified individuals. The workplace is cooperative and productive with few distractions.

What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't too much room for growth. Occasionally, an employee will work their way up to management, but it's not common. Not a great firm to enter on the ground floor.
