What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider expanding the staff in order to reduce the workload, especially on the senior and managing attorneys. I think this will create a better work environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked here for two years and I felt that I gained a tremendous amount of experience in that time. The partners give you flexibility and responsibility even as a new employee.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workload is intense and it can lead to burnout. I think the firm has a higher than average turnover due to the workload.
