What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Sensitivity and teamwork training should be mandatory for most workers and management. A rethinking of firm philosophy seems very necessary.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Despite my rating, Siegel, Barnett & Schutz does pay more than other firms in the area. The extra benefits are a bit lacking. When traveling on the firm dime, they almost always spring for first class.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management and senior non-management will attempt to make gains a others' expense at every opportunity. Competition between workers is encouraged here, and they have no time for the weak of heart.
