The firm should look into representing a wider range of clients. More vacation time should be offered because the location can be somewhat suffocating for those not native to Alaska.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay at the firm is competitive and benefits are adequate. The offices are fine and the support staff is well-trained and experienced. Employees can improve and advance with effort.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is located in Alaska which is much more boring than it sounds. The work is mostly uninteresting and will make some people uncomfortable.
