Put someone better qualified to hire new members to the team, these few problematic individuals really create problems while they're working here, keep weeding these people out and all will be well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management is very relaxes and create a pleasant business atmosphere, staff are fun to work with. Pay is fair and benefits are equally fair and what you would expect.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not many issues but have run into a few crazy co-workers over the time I've spent here this has created some questions in the people in charge of hiring these people.
