More effort should be made to allow for more time off work or away from the office. Support staff should be given more training and compensation to increase efficiency.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is quite small and the employees and management are great. Consequently, the work atmosphere and lovely and nurturing. The salary and benefits are competitive despite the firm's size.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some employees will struggle to find a good work-life balance as the work load is quite large for a firm of its size. There will be a high risk of burnout.
