Articulate a clearer track to partnership so that people will know what they need to do to become a partner. Try to build the firm up so that you can take on more partners.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You receive fair treatment at all levels, benefits and perks for legal staff is good. They have a good mix in management to bring in new ideas while maintaining some previous ways of doing business.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are limited partnership opportunities even for star associates who do incredible work. Being a smaller firm this goes with the territory, but it's disheartening all the same.
