What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see a higher starting pay along with more room for advancement. Since this firm is as small as it is, ideally they would hire a few new attorneys and start to expand.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really liked the fact that everyone at this firm is passionate about their work. You can tell that everyone really cares about their clients and everyone in the office is very friendly.
What did you not like about this institution?
The starting pay was far too low for me. I also did not like the fact that there was not much for advancement within the firm itself.
