There needs to be classes offered to management on how to better guide and lead staff. Staff should be rewarded for their great work and overall positive performance at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm provides adequate roles of leadership. Opportunities are offered to staff to learn and advance. Great benefits are offered. Staff goals are noticed and discussed.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some people at the firm have not been treating their employees with respect. Personality testing happens frequently. Sometimes staff is given too much work. Also, the salary is not on par with a positive job performance.
