The firm should understand that the employees are more than just a means to an end. They can chase profits and provide employees with an efficient, responsive workplace at the same time.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have some wonderful employees. You're guaranteed to like and get along well with your coworkers. There is a lot of cooperation and socializing among the staff which makes for a wonderful daily experience

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is clearly more concerned with profits than anything else. Management is lax and at times unresponsive. As a result, turnover is somewhat high.
