Invest some actual money in the place where the employees spend their entire day that would help with morale. Offer some sort of training.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Hathaway & Kunz offer average pay and benefits for the area. The office has been recently updated, so newer equipment and furniture.

What did you not like about this institution?
The office upgrade was done as cheaply as possible. Things are new, but already falling apart. No real room for advancement here. No extra training offered.
