What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
First off invest in a larger parking lot or even just add a handful of new parking spots. Also the only other suggestion I have is to raise the base salary slightly to make it on par with the larger firms.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm values diversity in expertise age and gender. Management is willing to help me advance in my career and acts with haste with any issues I may have. Good supporting staff.

What did you not like about this institution?
Slightly lower base salary when compared to some of the larger firms. Parking can be a bit of a problem because there are not enough spots so might have to park elsewhere and then walk the rest of the way to the firm.
