The various offices need better communication. Too much time and effort is wasted due to poor communication. Staff needs to be better respected and the work atmosphere should be less competitive.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm cares a lot about doing business in the right way. Junior employees will be mentored and tested in every necessary skill in the legal industry, providing ample opportunities to grow and develop.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workload is excessive. At times you will be expected to work 20 hour days. Sometimes the offices in one city are working at odds with another city's offices.
