What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Some of the bureaucratic process need to be streamlined and modernized. The work atmosphere can stand to be lightened. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They offer excellent pay and benefits to all employees, including support staff. They have some interesting clients and so some high-profile work that keeps things interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can sometimes spike and sometimes plummet. Overall, it balances out, though. The firm can sometimes feel too bureaucratic and impersonal.
