Offer official training programs to become more experienced and offer some form of way to get promoted rather than the random approach that is currently put in place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part of the firm that I experienced is the atmosphere in such a large firm was fantastic and pleasant. Staff is helpful and all around the same experienced level.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part of the firm has to be management doesn't encourage extra training or allow a clear way for promotions which makes trying to improve one's career difficult.
