Cons: The pay is minimal. Claiborne and his wife bicker and bring the employees in the middle hoping the employees will choose one over the other. An employee will think he is doing a good job until it is time for the annual review (which never happens on time) only to be scolded and berated so they do not have to give you a raise. If you decide to pursue a better opportunity, they will not let you work out a notice, and when you leave, employees are instructed not to speak to you or risk termination. Also, when you leave, they speak terribly behind your back. If you want an employer who appreciates you, don't work for the Claiborne Ferguson Law Firm or Blackwatch Investigation.
