What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to give employees more of an opportunity for time away from work. Too much work is not good for anybody and with so many employees becoming burnt out, many are leaving and becoming unmotivated in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm really stresses the importance of hard work. I'm a firm believer in working hard and this firm will make sure you do so. They employ people with a strong work ethic and ready to come into work every day with a positive attitude. Working hard and making clients happy is something they stress greatly among employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since this firm stresses the importance of hard work, many employees become burnt out after a short time. This firm is a revolving door with people leaving left and right and not having enough time to balance work and home.
