What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to go ahead and get rid of the lazy workers and replace them with attorney's that are really passionate about their work. There needs to be more room for growth put into place as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk staff. I also thought that management was nice as well and the work environment was very casual.

What did you not like about this institution?
There's not much room for growth at all. Matter of fact, I was told that there is a salary cap that is very low compared to other firms. The work load can really become overbearing as well since some associates tend to not take their work very seriously.
