What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to work on making a more reasonable schedule. Employees can't live off of 20 hours a week and 60 is too much.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff at this firm is awesome and management and I get along great. I've made a lot of great friendships working at this firm and management treats everyone like family. I've also become very close to the clients which is great.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours could more consistent. Some weeks we work 60 hours, others we work 20. This happens quite a bit and would be nice if I could have a more consistent schedule.
