What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to advise management that they should create staff positions for long-terms and growth opportunities should be provided on the basis of merit.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay is above market average and perks are also good. Other positive things are Friendly staff, good benefits and nice working environment. The firm has a great culture that promotes diversity and inclusiveness, which is rare to find these days.
What did you not like about this institution?
Poor management and lack of confidentiality within management. They expect you to work 12 hours a day and six days a week. So work-life balance is very poor and workload is very high.
