Try and open up more positions for employees to keep the talent around and you won't lose good people to other firms that allow for more.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is nothing but a great place to be. Everyone is friendly and works hard to get done what needs to be done.
What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like there isn't enough upward movement in the firm. There needs to be more positions open for older employees.
