Overview

The law firm of Heninger, Burge, Vargo & Davis, LLP began in 1988. The partnership was established by trial attorneys from other notable law firms with an eye towards offering extremely personalized, professional representation of people and companies requiring the services of experienced trial attorneys. From its outset, the organization has been deeply committed to the preservation of trial by jury, advancement of the legal profession through Bar Association activities, active participation in community service and continuing education and training of attorneys on a state and national basis. Heninger, Burge, Vargo & Davis takes great pride in its accomplishments in developing the law of this State in the areas of insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, products liability and highway traffic accidents. The firm has handled trials in virtually every circuit in the State of Alabama, as well as serving as lead counsel on numerous national cases. Our appellate work includes over 125 cases through the Alabama Appellate Courts, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. This trial and appellate experience has been a vital ingredient in the development of our distinguished history.
