Try to promote others getting to know each other better by having social luncheons and more parties that involve those who work there.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I very much enjoy coming to work every morning. I feel like I have learned a lot and take that with me each and every day.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes, it seems like we do not interact enough with everyone and that people that work close together don't know each other well.

I don't think senior partners can change their behavior and style. I have to say either you fit in their culture, or you just leave. anyone that has some integrity can't stay there long.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The major partners will teach you how to lie to win. They make fake stories and evidences. I saw how they attacked an innocent mom to bankrupt her by dragging her into a legal system by using kid custody as tools.

What did you not like about this institution?
a terrible place to work. Senior partners are very pushy and always overtime. If you still need some integrity and truth, that is not the place for you.

There are only two partners. Both terrible. They yell at employees and paralegals all the time. They don't treat them nicely.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
None. totally negative atmosphere and not nice people to work with and learn from . I didn't find anything that is worth. You might learn tricks to be sneaky in court. they have a lot of dirty tricks you can see. Again, if you have some integrity, you won't bear with them.

It will backfire one day for all unlawful behavior two partners conducted.

There is not any upside to work there. Maybe you can be part of the Fairfield County Divorce Lawyer Mafia Circle.

What did you not like about this institution?
Attorney Midler and Effron treated their employees badly. Two senior partners have no integrity and honesty

They are not ethical. Part of my job was to contact websites to remove or hide negative reviews. It is ridiculous!
