What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Your firm was much more successful when it was more laid back. People still did their work, but they were happy to do it. You won't get far when your employees dread going to the office.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people I worked with were willing to work and had hard work ethics. I enjoyed being a part of a team and working on challenging projects. When I started working here, it was much more casual and the office had a friendly feel to it.
What did you not like about this institution?
HR is pretty much a joke here. The same goes for the current management. Neither team takes anything seriously. Management is extremely critical. You constantly worry about losing your job.
