What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should reorganize the cases in a way that allows for more team work. If team work is implemented, then challenging cases could be tackled together, relieving the stress from one particular attorney.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoyed how challenging the cases were at the firm. They were not the usual run of the mill cases. Many were very complex, which I found to be very challenging and rewarding.

What did you not like about this institution?
Working at the firm was very stressful and tedious at times. There were multiple deadlines to meet with the short notice given.
