My advice is that you should believe in your abilities and must focus on your strengths. You can achieve heights in this firm if you work well and show discipline as well as dedication.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management cares about my career goals and is open to help you with your career goals. Training provided by attorneys was up to the mark. The attorneys here are very knowledgeable and helpful. The environment is very fast paced but co-workers are nice so it makes it comfortable.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometime it was complete chaos in a very fast paced environment. The firm was always short staffed. And very little communication from Attorneys because they simply have no time.
