What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to put more emphasis on making sure that there is a chance for some associates to move up with the firm, as the firm might miss an opportunity to keep associates that will benefit them should those individuals choose another firm to work for with greater opportunities.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found that the culture the firm sets in the workplace assists new associates in understanding what is expected of them, which immediately set me on the right path right after starting to work for the firm. This resulted in my work benefiting. The pay and benefits were also excellent.
What did you not like about this institution?
Due to tradition, it seemed as if the hierarchy was static. The superiors were, for the most part, set in their positions. I don't see the firm as a place to stay for those who eventually want to progress in their careers.

Exposure to high profile client work.
What did you not like about this institution?
Old school still in the 1980's Firm with no vision.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Not appropriate to post names, but most senior leadership is stuck in days gone by.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
To be very honest, in the end, the best part about the Firm was leaving it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
5.Former Employee, more than 10 yearsTo much time spent in the office.Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Wilmington, DERecommendProsGreat benefits/people/helpful/Friendly/consistent If you have children rethink working for this company.ConsWhen I found out that associates were given the opportunity to work from home and not the staff, I left. Alot of staff will. people have spent many dedicated hours working for them yet associates who just start get the opportunity to work from home without ever being trusted. the staff is dedicated however they've never been treated fairly. Don't waste all your time sitting in the office when you can do it from home. apparently they have a real hard time understanding that our family matters too.
