The employees work great together but the biggest problems is the management not blending well with the team, so energy goes off on tangents from goal.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay was top of the line when I started and still is. Big clients still come through the doors.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management seems to be a downer when it comes to the morale on the main team
