What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Add incentives so people will be motivated to work harder and award those who do work hard. Events to boost morale, possibly a monthly bbq, would be nice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You truly feel like you are on a team. Teamwork is top notch and cooperation is great. I enjoy working with the friendly employees at this firm. The pay is average.

What did you not like about this institution?
I've noticed some of the other workers don't care much about their job which can be demoralizing. There are no benefits and the location is quite far from where I live.
