What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Start allowing more women and minorities into associate roles. Then, offer them partnership positions if they can prove they have what it takes to succeed.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will improve as a lawyer once you walk through those doors. Your skills will be refined from day one. There are plenty of senior lawyers to work with here, so it is a bit of an older firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm seems to employ few women and fewer minorities. It seems like your chance at partnership is not especially high if you aren't a white male at this firm.
