What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that giving attorneys better incentives and bonuses might help if the salaries can't be improved. That is the only minor flaw at this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The thing a lot of the attorneys that work here like is the fun atmosphere and laid back attitude the firm has. It's something that does help to create a stress free work environment even though there is a lot of work to do.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be something that is improved at this place. There are other firms that have more competitive pay for their associates.
