The partners are supportive and great to work with. The work is interesting and clients are high caliber. The staff and paralegals are excellent.

Try to run team building events when you get new employees to ease them in instead of having them feel like an outsider.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is the best at what they do and they love what they are doing. People here would work for less pay but the pay is equal to their qual.

It always is rough when a new person joins us here as they won't fit in with the crew right away.
