Allow more room for advancement within the firm. Work on improving management.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Teamwork is high at this firm and communication is important to the firm. The staff are excellent to work with. The benefits and pay are good.
What did you not like about this institution?
There were some problems with the way management ran things. There also wasn't a lot of room for advancement.
