Have some weekly or monthly meetings to improve the firm in any aspect people can imagine.Let's try to improve the firm by always doing right by the clients.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They care about me and my salary is good, which is surprising for a large firm.There are also yearly wages and good health insurance benefits.
What did you not like about this institution?
Hours are long, with no time to prepare or change plans before they happen.At times, the very stressful work days cause me to be tense.
