What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to get a better handle on their work loads. If they cannot keep employees busy then employees will leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked here for several years and I really enjoy this work environment. Everyone gets along great with one another and is always so welcoming and friendly. I don't think I've ever had an altercation with another employee and management is there to take care of concerns as soon as they arise.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this firm is the hours given. Some weeks they are great and other weeks there is hardly any work at all. I don't blame the firm, but it can be frustrating during weeks when rent is due.
