What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Firm up a time policy. There should be no question of maternity or paternity leave. Come up with an in-depth training program. It would absolutely save you money in the long run since there would be fewer mistakes later. There should be pay raises all around.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners have an open door policy so you can always talk to them. They are generally reasonable people. The work is interesting and you get to interact with clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is not great. There are no formal policies related to time off or leave which can be confusing. There is no formal training. You just get thrown into the deep end and hope you can swim.
