Hold monthly meetings to improve on what you've built so far and let people like myself suggest ideas.Other than that, keep up the good work. I've enjoyed the firm so far.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great all around firm to work at.It had a positive outlook on life in general which boosted my desire to continue working with this firm.It's a very happy, cheerful and morally responsible firm and I respect that.

What did you not like about this institution?
Hard to say here, but I suppose things could be more organized and management could crack down on people slacking, which is not very often, but when it happens it slows the process.
