This firm needs to be more willing to change their ways. Employees can bring in some great ideas that can greatly improve the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked here for a while and have enjoyed my time at this firm. The hours are good and the pay is great compared to other firms. I like the hours being consistent and don't feel too overwhelmed working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The building is a bit dated and needs to be revamped. Management seems unwilling to change any of their methods and the firm has greatly declined over the last few years. It needs to be remodeled.
