Have more social gatherings for employees that allow them to interact together outside the workplace. That will allow for an even better business.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm makes me want to actually get up and go to work in the morning. It allows me to enjoy what I do and that is great.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes, I feel like staff is wrapped up too much and can't let to go to make the atmosphere even better. That is it.
