I would enjoy some client "face to face" so I could really get to know these people more and get a better understanding of their problems or concerns.This could give us a good caring reputation.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
These are very good genuine workers that try to do well by their clients.I get praise for doing good work and going by the rules and the code.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is not focused on career development at all, which is a bit discouraging.There are solo practitioners, even though the firm is large for the area it's in.
